Having been instrumental in crafting Jägermeister’s bold, distinctive social presence, we were tasked with extrapolating the social journey to allow users to express their brand advocacy, by developing a comprehensive ecommerce platform that channelled the brand’s unique visual identity and tone of voice within the contemporary South African zeitgeist.
We identified the opportunity to tap into the ever-growing contemporary digital marketplace, capitalise on the burgeoning interest in Jägermeister merchandise and products across their line, and give the Meisters (Jägermeister fans) an exciting new platform to bring their brand love to life.
Implementing our holistic approach to digital design and development, in line with the brand’s values and personality, we developed an innovative ecommerce platform that transcends the typical online transactional exchange, becoming an authentic branded experience that acts as a valuable touchpoint and emotive extension of the Jägermeister lifestyle for the Meisters.
We were asked to launch a new platform for our client Dream Hotels and Resorts, called Dream-Escapes. A new way for young professionals in SA to travel and experience up to 36 destinations across the DHR portfolio.
Millennials and Gen Z are adamant about doing things differently. They know what they need and expect, and never settle for less. The prevalence of "cancel culture" and popularity of online reviewing means that "bad reviews" have become commonplace. Most brands are simply unable to escape the scathing comments of some consumers.
Our target audience is unafraid to tell the world that they found something... underwhelming. In fact, they seem to relish the opportunity to roast a brand online for the tiniest inconvenience, but with the Dream Escapes offering, they might have their work cut out for them...
